The integrated one-year career program one.excellence.leader accompanies and mentors leaders in their next career step. The 360° approach offers holistic development at all career-relevant levels - the three pillars:

These pillars are closely interlinked and enable an in-depth analysis, the exploration of options and the development of concrete recommendations for action as well as their implementation. The comprehensive and structured support provided by the personal advisor navigates the executive in the separation and orientation phase. This is followed by detailed career planning with intensive support and advice at all stages of the application process and finally culminates in the assumption of the position and onboarding mentoring in the new management position.
